We are so glad you found us.
Love City Temple is a pilot rejuvenation project meant to support Virgin Islanders to utilize their innate talents, passions, and networks to rebuild infrastructure and continue to fan the existing flame of innovation in the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is our hope that our collective efforts can create a future that the rest of the world looks to as a model for “loving kindness in action” that honors our elders while providing ample opportunities for the next generation to flourish.

It’s time to come home.
Here are the main arms of the pilot project:
- Preservation of native plants to benefit the earth and for plant medicine
- Youth mentorship/apprenticeship
- Forensic training for the gold standard model of care
- Science and art advocacy (Science as Art series)
- Improved health and well-being through preventative care via visiting nurse service
- Improved health at the beginning of life (fertility support), chronic disease (palliative care) and at the end of life (hospice care and end-of-life services)
- Sustainable healthcare staffing (Clinics, hospital and the university)
- Growing in place (construction renovation of homes to allow for healthy and accessible multigenerational homes)
- Love City Temple – healing services to support the achievement of our highest potential – individual and collectively
To begin, we are preparing to offering a variety of healing services to the community of St. John and across the U.S. Virgin Islands. Once we work on healing ourselves (and our hearts), then we will have renewed endurance and resources to carryout the full vision of Homecoming VI.
Everything included in the vision for this pilot project has been inspired by things I have learned and experienced during my life journey and was inspired by the people who loved me through my darkest hours, even when I felt inadequate, unworthy, and unlovable.
